Fiat power technology appeared at the 2017 Beijing road transport vehicle exhibition
China Construction machinery information
Fiat power technology appeared at the Beijing international road transport, urban bus and spare parts exhibition and exhibited F1 and cursor series road engines. Three engines will be displayed at the Beijing Exhibition Hall (Booth No.: 1003) from May 24 to 3 and the closing remarks on May 26, including one F1A (Euro 6 emissions), one F1C (National 5 emissions and can meet the future national 6 emissions) and one cursor 9 (National 5 emissions and can meet the future national 6 emissions). Through the interactive touch screen application specially developed for this exhibition, visitors can deeply explore the engines displayed by Fiat power technology, view all the details, and get a more interesting and participatory experience
f1 series engines
f1 series engines are the flagship series of Fiat power technology, derived from 35 years of application experience in light commercial vehicles. It includes two models with a displacement of 2.3 liters (F1A) and 3 liters (F1C), with a maximum power of more than 200 HP. In addition, F1 series also provides the best load response at the same level, the highest torque, and the reliability, durability and maintainability that meet the global unified standards
F1A
F1A engines have also been produced in China. F1A is easy to install and is the perfect solution for light vehicles. The engine can be installed horizontally or vertically. Thanks to the optimized DPF regeneration strategy, the oil change cycle is extended to ensure the durability of F1A engine
in addition, it also has some other excellent characteristics: for example, the scheme of mounting the oil pan improves NVH (noise, vibration, etc.). F1A is the best in terms of fuel economy at the same level. Two different solutions can be selected for the post-treatment system to meet the needs of customers: lpegr + NSC (NOx storage catalyst) and hpegr + SCR (selective catalytic reduction)

f1c
F1C five products, another member of F1 family, displayed at this exhibition, represent the best solution for high load and long-distance transportation. Its performance is the same as that of durability, which can meet the needs of most working conditions. The product has two arrangements: horizontal or vertical. At the same time, F1C is the first engine equipped on a light commercial vehicle with selective catalytic reduction (SCR) technology since 2010, which helps to reduce fuel consumption

cursor 9
Fiat power technology also showed the cursor 9 national five engine, which can also meet the Euro 6 C phase emission standard technically. Although the displacement is only 9 liters, the outstanding power density makes the engine comparable to the performance of the industry's 11 liter engine. In addition, thanks to the passive regeneration strategy of DPF, the cursor 9 has a first-class performance in fuel economy, and the longer oil change mileage and DPF maintenance cycle of the cursor 9 also reduce the downtime of the vehicle

the adoption of non exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system and unipolar turbocharging system with relatively simple structure can ensure high reliability, easy layout and installation of the engine. Cursor 9 Euro 6 is equipped with hi-escr system, which is a patented post-treatment technology of Fiat power technology, which can also meet the emission requirements of national 6
in order to comply with the Euro 6 phase C emission regulations, Nef and cursor series engines are equipped with Fiat dynamics' innovative hi ESCR technology, which has a NOx catalytic efficiency of more than 95%. Hi ESCR represents a breakthrough in selective catalytic reduction technology. The selective catalytic reduction technology was initiated by Fiat dynamics' R & D center in alpang, Switzerland. Since 2005, it has been produced and carried on more than 650000 engines, covering trucks, agricultural machinery and construction machinery
Fiat power technology provides end customers and OEMs with engine products equipped with hi-escr system and many technical advantages. By maximizing the combustion efficiency to reduce the formation of particulate matter, the requirements of emission regulations can be achieved. Hi ESCR does not need to use exhaust gas recirculation system with high EGR rate to reduce NOx. This means no loss of efficiency, while achieving high power and torque density and low fuel consumption. Thanks to the passive regeneration strategy, there is no need for additional particle combustion supporting system, which improves the reliability of the system, reduces the thermal load and mechanical loss of the system, and enables the DPF system to have the longest maintenance cycle in the same class. Hi ESCR technology makes the DPF system free from forced and parking regeneration: no shutdown, no temperature rise, and no increase in fuel consumption, ensuring a high attendance rate, which is not only safer in all working environments, but also lower overall operating costs. In addition, hi-escr has no additional heat dissipation requirements, and the post-processing system is compact and easy to install. Hi ESCR technology can also meet the emission requirements of national VI
